This is a Permanent Part Time
appointment at 30.4 hours per fortnight.
Eligibility to

resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in

Other Conditions: WA Health engages
staff in positions of trust and responsibility. WA Health policies
require applicants to undertake a criminal records screening and
integrity checking as part of the appointment process. As well as
undertaking a criminal record screening and integrity checking, you
may also be required to undertake a working with children check (if
required for the role) and a pre-employment health assessment. We

Position Profile: As part of the WACHS
NDIS Coordination Team, this position will provide support, advice
and case coordination to WACHS hospitals to navigate the National
Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and other disability sector
pathways and processes to improve patient flow and outcomes for
people with disability in hospital or at risk of hospital
admission.
