This is a recruitment pool for
Permanent Full Time / Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time / Part Time
and Casual appointments with the possibility of extensions and/or
permanency.
Currently we are seeking
Pharmacists to join our team. The successful
applicant/s will be a part of a multidisciplinary team that
contributes to optimum patient care by undertaking duties as a
Pharmacist including dispensing, patient counselling,
manufacturing, providing drug information and supervision of
support staff. Facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality
of care and works in collaboration with colleagues. Practices as a
Pharmacist as per the Pharmacy Board of Australia Registration
Standards, the Pharmacy Board of Australia Codes and Guidelines
including the Pharmacy Code of Conduct for Registered Health
Practitioners and SMHS policies and guidelines.

Fiona Stanley Hospital
(FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of
health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a
comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit,
maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult
Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart
and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.
SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective
hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching
more than 3300 square kilometres across the southern half of
Perth.

Are you eligible? To be
eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa
(for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen,
permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in
Australia (for permanent appointments).
