The Department of Housing and Works delivers and maintains essential social housing and critical infrastructure across Western Australia—including schools, hospitals and police facilities.

We manage tenancy services, support housing provision in remote Aboriginal communities, and oversee government employee accommodation.

About The Roles:

Senior Project Officer

As a Senior Project Officer you will provide project management, development management, contract administration, service design, commissioning and/or policy development support across one or more projects within the Capital Grants Program team.

Senior Grants Officer

As a Senior Grants Officer you will support the strategic development, administration, and management of the Department’s Capital Grant and Funding Programs. This role contributes to program budgeting, negotiates and administers complex funding agreements, and ensures strong accountability systems. The position provides high‑level strategic advice to stakeholders, builds and maintains effective partnerships, coordinates operational activities for program delivery, and promotes continuous improvement in contract, program, and project management practices.
