About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Coordinator to support the effective delivery of road maintenance activities across the region. In this role, you will coordinate routine, periodic, and specific maintenance programs, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with the Maintenance Management Plan and available funding. You will play a key part in scheduling works, managing procurement, monitoring performance, and ensuring the accuracy of maintenance data. Your technical expertise will support supervisors, site personnel, and external partners, while your leadership will help guide employee performance and development. This is a role for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, values continuous improvement, and thrives in a collaborative environment focused on maintaining and enhancing the regional road network.
