About the Role
The Chef de Partie supervises chefs and casual kitchen staff under the guidance of the Sous Chef. You will take ownership of food production, ensuring consistently high‑quality outcomes that deliver excellent customer experiences while maximising financial performance.
Working collaboratively with the Retail Supervisor, you will help ensure the smooth and timely delivery of daily food services. A strong focus on compliance is essential, with responsibility for upholding all Health, Safety and Food Safety regulations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
We currently have one (1) permanent, full-time position available with immediate filling.
The role is based at Perth High Performance Centre in Mount Claremont. mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.
Due to the nature of the role, it is expected that the position will be at the events to ensure high-level guest satisfaction. As such, the hours of work include nights and weekends; shift loading applies.

Employment Screening

- Trade qualification as a Chef (Level III or IV) and/or significant relevant industry experience as approved by the General Manager
- HACCP Food Safety Supervisor Certification or capacity to complete within 2 months of commencement
