About You!
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Strong operational expertise in road and rail environments, including safe‑working practices, WHS principles, and the ability to interpret and apply Industrial Awards and Agreements.
- Effective leadership capability, with the ability to motivate and support teams, take control during incidents, and work proactively and autonomously.
- High‑level communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building, teamwork, mediation, and conflict resolution.
- Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to review processes, implement improvements, and interpret relevant Awards and Agreements.

There is one permanent full-time opportunity available for an immediate start. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies both fixed term and permanent that may arise within the next 12 months.
