Senior Workforce Development Officer
About
the role
The Senior
Workforce Development Officer is responsible for for the planning,
delivery and evaluation of training, resources, digital learning
and other workforce development strategies related to alcohol and
other drugs (AOD) issues and co-occurring mental health conditions.
The purpose of the position is to enhance the capacity of human
services providers across various sectors, including government and
non-government agencies, to support better outcomes for individuals
affected by substance use and related challenges.
In
undertaking the role of this position, the occupant will need to
recognise that there is a commitment to focussing on the needs of
the individual, their families, carers or advocates working in
partnership for better outcomes in relation to mental health,
alcohol and other drug issues.
