Currently we are seeking vigilant and compassionate
Security Officers to join our team.
As a Security Officer working for South Metropolitan Health
Service, you’ll play a pivotal role who will be responsible for
providing a security service for staff, patients, visitors,
premises, and property at South Metropolitan healthcare sites,
including Emergency Departments, Mental Health areas, hospitals,
Community Health facilities and other public open areas.
Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the safety and
well-being of our patients, staff and visitors within our South
Metropolitan Health Service health facilities. Don't miss this

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Certificate Ill in Security Operations or evidence of Cert
Ill competency and demonstrated experience in operational
security duties.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills,
experienced in managing difficult and aggressive persons, to
achieve positive outcomes.
- Ability to maintain the level of physical fitness required
to safely and effectively meet the operational requirements of
the role.
