We are seeking an inspirational, committed
and experienced Director Organisational
Development to join our SMHS team. The successful
applicant will lead and direct a team of dedicated professionals
responsible for the strategy, planning and delivery of health
service wide programs that build organisational capability and
shape our culture to achieve SMHS strategic priorities and
reinforce our values and ways of working. They will lead the
development and implementation of strategies and plans to grow a
sustainable workforce, build our leadership capability, optimise
and promote strong employee engagement as well as cultivating a
high-performing learning organisation and a supportive, inclusive,
diverse and equitable culture.
Advancing collaboration across the SMHS
hospital and health service network is a priority for SMHS. To
enable this shift in strategic focus, SMHS is on an exciting

Are you eligible? To be
eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa
(for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen,
permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in
Australia (for permanent appointments).
