About the role
Are you ready to help shape the way thousands of Western Australians navigate their public transport network each day? We’re seeking a proactive and innovative Signage Coordinator to lead the delivery of passenger disruption signage across our expanding PTA network. In this dynamic role, you will bring signage projects to life—from initial concept and design through to manufacture, installation, and commissioning. You’ll collaborate closely with PTA divisions, contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure every project meets our standards of quality, safety, accessibility, and consistency. From conducting station signage audits to monitoring contractor performance, auditing assets through TRIS, and ensuring compliance with disability and other relevant standards, you’ll be at the centre of keeping our customers informed and supported during changes and upgrades to our network.
Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and brings proven experience in coordinating large‑scale signage or infrastructure projects, supported by relevant trade qualifications or higher learning. You will be a natural communicator with highly developed interpersonal and written skills, capable of building strong relationships and preparing clear reports, customer responses and ministerial correspondence. With strong project and contract management expertise, excellent planning and organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team, you’ll manage competing priorities with confidence. Proficiency across Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and MS Teams is essential. If you’re ready to apply your technical knowledge, creativity, and attention to detail to enhance the customer experience across our network, we’d love to hear from you.
