Position Profile: We are seeking a suitably experienced person to join the Institute for Health Leadership Team as a Senior Project Officer.

This position develops, coordinates and implements strategic systemwide projects and programs for the Institute for Health Leadership, and other projects as directed within the Institute for Health Leadership unit.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Project manages the delivery of projects aimed at developing the systemwide capacity and capability for effective leadership and workforce development.
  2. Supports development of training materials as part of leadership and workforce development programs, as well as assists with delivery as required.
  3. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with a range of stakeholders to assist in coordinating the development, implementation and evaluation of systemwide leadership and development programs.

Eligibility to Apply: To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).

Other Conditions: WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility.
