Hospital (SCGH) is one of Western Australia’s largest and
leading tertiary hospitals, SCGH provides clinical services to
adults, including trauma, emergency and critical care,
orthopaedics, general medicine, general surgery and cardiac care.
It provides one of the most comprehensive cancer centres in the
State and is the principal hospital for neurosurgery and liver
transplants.
Osborne Park Hospital
(OPH) was established in 1962 and provides aged care and
rehabilitation services, elective surgery, gastroenterology and
urology same-day surgical activity, obstetrics and gynaecology. The
specialised hospital serves as the lower acuity site for the

About this
role
We’re seeking organised, proactive and values‑driven Executive
Assistants to provide high‑level administrative and secretariat
support within the Office of the Executive Director. These are a
pivotal role where your professionalism, initiative and attention
to detail will directly support safe, high‑quality care across our
organisation.
What we are looking
for
As the Executive Assistant, you will be the central coordination
point for the Executive Director’s office, ensuring smooth workflow
and effective communication. Your responsibilities will
include:
- Receiving and screening visitors, calls and
correspondence
- Managing a complex schedule of appointments, meetings and
commitments
- Coordinating meetings, events and functions, including
logistics and follow‑up
- Preparing agendas, briefing materials and supporting
documentation
- Recording, distributing and tracking minutes and action
items
- Maintaining the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of
filing and information systems
- Providing a wide range of administrative support to enable
efficient operations
You will report to the Manager of Operations and work closely
with internal and external stakeholders across SCGOPHCG.
To succeed in selection process, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience delivering high‑performing administrative
support in a busy, dynamic environment
- Strong secretariat capability, including preparing agendas
and minutes, coordinating briefing packs, managing meeting
logistics and ensuring timely follow‑up to support effective
governance
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills,
enabling confident engagement with senior executives, staff and
members of the public
- The ability to lead by example, modelling organisational
values and contributing to a positive, collaborative team
culture
- Advanced capability in managing competing priorities,
exercising sound judgement and delivering results under
pressure
- Extensive experience using and optimising information
systems to streamline workflows and enhance operational
efficiency

Eligibility to Apply: Australian citizenship or
permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to
