The Insurance Commission of Western Australia (“ICWA”) is a state-owned Government Trading Enterprise that provides motor injury insurance to 2.7m Western Australian motorists and manages the self-insurance arrangements of the Western Australian Government. The Opportunity
The Transformation Program Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and driving our organisation’s transformation agenda. As part of our Transformation Management Office, you will help improve how we deliver change across the agency, supporting high‑level governance, strengthening program discipline, and ensuring our major initiatives are aligned and well‑executed. You will have strong visibility across the organisation, reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer and Transformation Management Office leadership.
In this role, you will coordinate program‑level activities, maintain an integrated view of program schedules, risks and dependencies, and provide high‑quality reporting and insights that support executive decision‑making. Through proactive engagement with project managers, business leaders and delivery teams, you will contribute directly to the successful delivery of the organisation’s transformation program.

About You
You are an experienced data professional who brings strong technical capability and a collaborative approach to:
- Coordinate and integrate program‑level activities, maintaining oversight of schedules, risks, issues, dependencies and performance information to support timely decision‑making and effective governance;
- Apply program, project and portfolio management methodologies (e.g., Governance and Delivery frameworks, PMBOK, Agile) to ensure consistent delivery standards, quality assurance and compliance across multiple concurrent initiatives;
- Analyse complex information from multiple project sources to prepare clear, accurate and influential reports, briefing materials, governance papers and insights for senior leaders and stakeholders; and
- Engage, influence and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders including executives, project teams, governance groups and external partners to support alignment, information flow and program delivery outcomes.

Appointment Information
In addition to the immediately available position, appointments may be made from this process within a twelve month period to similar positions that may be permanent or contract, including fixed term appointments with the possibility of extension or subsequent permanency.
