needs, lead teams through competing priorities, and foster
effective multidisciplinary collaboration.

Mental Health Ward redesign for Ward 5A
- Cladding
Remediation
- Minor
Building Works Projects
- WA’s
Children’s Hospice – Sandcastles Boodja Mia
As many
projects are delivered within live clinical environments, success
for our teams is measured not only by work completion, but also in
ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently, and that
operational team’s transition seamlessly into new or upgraded
facilities with minimal disruption to patient care.
Key role
responsibilities include
- Delivering CAHS’ annual
Strategic Asset Plan, overseeing budget management, funding
submissions and resource allocation
- Leading
asset lifecycle planning and infrastructure performance
optimisation
- Manage
maintenance programs, minor works and service
contracts
- Oversee
land, property and leasing arrangements
- Supporting workforce
capability and professional development and fostering a culture
of accountability, collaboration and high
performance
- Represent CAHS in
high-level forums and with external agencies
If you have
led large-scale programs and driven organisational outcomes in
complex, highly regulated environments, while maintaining strong
governance and delivery discipline, we encourage you to

regarded.
