The Project Officer is responsible for organising and coordinating the Aboriginal Justice Open Days, this encompasses the delivery of multi-agency services to Aboriginal people primarily in regional and remote Aboriginal communities. The position liaises, engages and consults with Aboriginal communities and people, government and non-government agencies, and other stakeholders to deliver and achieve outcomes. This position is responsible for supporting the analysis, development, review and implementation of a range of projects assigned to the Strategic Reform division.

- Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to conduct research, including in relation to issues impacting on Aboriginal people and communities; and contribute to practical and innovative solutions to problems and/or identify business improvements.
- Well-developed ability to work effectively as part of a team, in a variety of roles to achieve team goals.
- Contact details of two (2) recent work related referees, with one (1) of them being your current Line Manager where possible.

Pool Recruitment
This pool will be open for a period of twelve (12) months from the day after the breach of standard claim period closes. Permanent, fixed term and full time appointments may be offered as vacancies arise; however, an appointment is not guaranteed.
