We currently have a fixed term, full-time (1.0FTE - 80 hours per
fortnight) position available. To commence on Monday 7 September
2026 for 12 months with the possibility of extensions and/or
permanency. In addition, there may also be opportunities for relief
cover.
Position Profile: As the Clinical Nurse
Manager – Community Health, you’ll lead and support a diverse
nursing team while managing resources to deliver
high‑quality, accessible care
across your designated area. You’ll act as a role model and
clinical expert, guiding best practice, shaping service
improvements, and fostering strong partnerships with internal and
external stakeholders. This role is key in upholding nursing
standards and driving positive change within community health
services.
About Child & Adolescent Community Health (CACH): Community
Health provides health and developmental assessments, early
intervention and health promotion services for children and young
people.
These services are provided in the community across the Perth
metropolitan area at community health centres, in schools, home
visits and through telehealth appointments. Services focus on child
health, growth and development, behaviour, immunisation and
supporting families.
