Position
Profile:
The Senior
Pharmacy Technician – Clinical Support will be responsible for the
delivery of quality Pharmacy Services to the hospital across the
entire medication management continuum, including but not limited
to, management of imprest, transitions of care, quality use of
medicines and supporting the safe management of medicines. The
Senior Pharmacy Technician will have a thorough understanding of
the various pharmacy services delivered to the ward and will ensure
that there is a seamless integration between those services and the
medical, nursing, and administrative staff. Teaching, training, and
competency development will be a key aspect of this
position.

problem solving and conflict resolution skills (such as resolving
practice-based issues and attention to detail) in the delivery of
pharmacy services.
EC5. Current
knowledge of legislative obligations for equal opportunity,

how these impact on employment and service delivery.
