The Opportunity

We are excited to offer multiple permanent and fixed term opportunities for a Transformation Project Manager to join our newly established Transformation Division.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering our data and AI‑enabled transformation agenda. You will oversee the coordination and delivery of priority initiatives across data, analytics and emerging AI capabilities that directly support organisational strategy, capability uplift and improved business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys turning strategy into tangible, high‑impact outcomes.

For further information about the role, we encourage you to review the attached Job Description Form (JDF) and contact Andrew Lillico, Head of Data Strategy on (08) 9264 3457 or email: andrew.lillico@icwa.wa.gov.au.

About You

  • Establish and maintain effective project assurance, governance and quality frameworks, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide confident leadership across cross‑functional and multidisciplinary teams, building momentum, trust and accountability.
  • Communicate with clarity and influence - verbally, in writing and through presentations - enabling alignment, supporting decision‑making, and constructively navigating negotiation and conflict.
  • Apply analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving to inform decisions, manage risk and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Remain results‑focused and adaptable, with a strong commitment to quality delivery, meeting milestones, and responding effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

As part of our Team, you will enjoy

  • A competitive salary, and 12% employer contributed superannuation and salary sacrifice options.
  • Generous leave entitlements including 4 weeks' annual leave, 3 public service holidays yearly and long service leave every 7 years.
  • Salary packaging options to lease a new car.
  • Free access to an onsite gym and pool.
  • A bright, modern facility close to transport links with a friendly team environment.
  • Career development and access to professional learning opportunities.
