join the Community Health team in the Midwest. This is a regional
opportunity requiring travel including overnight
stays.
To be successful, you will

- Demonstrated significant
clinical knowledge, experience, and leadership in Community
health nursing.

factors and social determinants particularly relating to
Aboriginal health.
- Advanced
interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills in
a multidisciplinary team.

implementation of best practice principles and quality
improvement activities.
Position
Profile:
The Clinical Nurse
Specialist – Community Health is responsible for the coordination
of primary health care for vulnerable children and families within
the community setting, collaborates and advocates with key
stakeholders within and outside the region. Collects data and
prepares reports for specific child health projects. Acts as a role
model and consultant to nurses and other health service providers
providing knowledge, clinical expertise and best practice within
area of responsibility.
