We currently have a
permanent, part-time (0.8FTE - 64 hours per fortnight) position
available. To commence on Monday 3 August 2026
Position Profile: In this
senior leadership role, you’ll provide advanced clinical support
within the community, acting as a key member of the senior nursing
management team. You’ll offer expert clinical guidance, drive
evidence‑based practice, and lead change across your area of
responsibility. The role also involves building strong
relationships with community stakeholders to ensure high‑quality,
collaborative client care.
About Child & Adolescent Community Health
(CACH): Community Health provides health and
developmental assessments, early intervention and health promotion
services for children and young people.
These
services are provided in the community across the Perth
metropolitan area at community health centres, in schools, home
visits and through telehealth appointments. Services focus on child
health, growth and development, behaviour, immunisation and
supporting families.
