Why we need you

Main Roads Western Australia is seeking an experienced Road Crew Supervisor to join our road maintenance team in Kalgoorlie.  You’ll oversee road construction and road maintenance, ensuring works meet technical standards and safety requirements. This role offers the chance to manage diverse projects, supervise crews, and make a genuine impact on the Goldfields-Esperance transport network while enjoying the benefits of regional WA living.

To be successful you will tick the boxes below:

  • Have experience supervising and coordinating road crews to safely deliver road construction and maintenance works.
  • Possess strong practical knowledge of road maintenance practices, pavement construction, rehabilitation, bituminous surfacing and asphalting.
  • Demonstrate the ability to guide crews in the safe and effective use of plant, equipment and tools.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to Work Health and Safety, including implementing traffic management and safe work practices on site.
  • Build effective working relationships with crews, contractors and stakeholders through clear communication and leadership.
