This is a
Fixed Term Full time vacancy for 12-months with possibility of
extension and/or permanency.
Position
Profile:
This position is ideal for someone with
strong project coordination skills who enjoys managing processes
and building stakeholder relationships. While you will develop an
understanding of WA Health’s data services, you will not be
handling or analysing data. The role focuses on reviewing
applications, coordinating workflows, and ensuring timely
communication, not technical data work.
Applicants with experience
in project management, stakeholder engagement, and process
improvement are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a project
coordination role, not a technical or data-handling
position.
As Senior Request
Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate complex data
access requests through established processes, ensuring timely
and accurate delivery.
- Manage
timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication to keep
projects on track.
- Work
closely with internal teams (including technical specialists)
to facilitate progress, without performing technical
tasks.
- Contribute to improving
procedures, policies, and resources for the request
process.
- Develop
an understanding of WA Health’s data request processes and
governance requirements to support effective
coordination.
This position would suit
someone who has:
- Strong
organisational and time management skills with excellent
attention to detail.
- Experience in project
coordination or project management.
- Ability
to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Problem-solving skills
and a proactive approach.
- Interest
in learning about health data governance and processes
(technical expertise is not required).

Conditions: Whilst this selection process will initially
be used to fill this vacancy, it may also be used to appoint
