exists for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Manager to
join the Dialysis team at Karratha Health Campus in the
Pilbara.
To be successful, you will
have...
- Well-developed clinical,
managerial and leadership skills.
- The
ability to co-ordinate and manage human and material resources
and the achievement of agreed strategic outcomes.
- High
level communication and interpersonal negotiation and conflict
resolution skills.
- Demonstrated
understanding of the Medicines and Poisons Act 2014, Medicines
and Poisons Regulations 2016, and Health Practitioner
Regulation National Law Act 2010.
- Experience in the
application of clinical governance principles including
continuous quality improvement principles, managing change,
clinical risk management and accreditation
processes.
- Demonstrated computer
literacy and ability to utilise information
systems.
Position
Profile:
Through effective nursing
clinical leadership is responsible for standards of nursing
practice and monitoring client/patient care in the area of
responsibility. Promotes and maintains collaborative relationships
with clients, carers, peers, visitors, medical staff and other
members of the health care team.
