The Department of Housing and Works delivers and maintains essential social housing and critical infrastructure across Western Australia—including schools, hospitals and police facilities.

About The Role:
As a Housing Services Team Leader you will manage the coordination and delivery of housing services through supervision and leadership of its team members within the Pilbara region.

The role provides feedback, coaching and proactive support to team members in their development and career growth opportunities. As a confident communicator you will consult with staff regarding workplace issues and challenges, as you foster a safe working environment and work practices.

You will also contribute to providing training policies and initiatives, supervision of KPI’s and team outcomes whilst developing customer service strategies and initiatives for the region.

  • An additional week of annual leave
