We are establishing an appointment pool of Customer Engagement Officers.
With two full time permanent positions available for immediate start, located at any of North Regional Colleges campuses.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made for vacancies that arise in the next 12 months. We may offer permanent, fixed term, full time, part time or casual appointments, with the possibility of a further term and/or permanency.
We are seeking a Customer Engagement Officers to support high‑quality customer service, accurate information delivery, and smooth student registration processes.
As the Customer Engagement Officer, you will assist prospective and current students with course enquiries, enrolments, and visitor management, while also supporting lecturers and staff with administrative tasks and Student Management Systems. You will work across multiple platforms, ensure compliance with relevant policies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for people who are customer‑focused, organised, confident using administrative and digital systems, and committed to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment.
