join our team at Geraldton.
This is a Recruitment Pool for
Permanent, Fixed Term or Casual appointment up to 76 hours per
fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
We currently have 9.00 positions available at Geraldton
Hospital.

About the
OPPORTUNITY
The Assistant in Nursing (AIN) is
responsible for delivery of care within the scope of the duties of
the AIN and under the supervision and delegation of a Nurse or
Midwife. The AIN is responsible for the delivery of the delegated
care in a safe and person-centred approach, in collaboration with
patients, their families and nurses.

Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
approved Bachelor of Nursing Program or
- Stage 1-4 (50% completion) of an
NMBA approved dual Bachelor of Science
(Nursing)/Bachelor of Science (Midwifery) program and
academic good standing; and current and ongoing course
enrolment (including evidence of current successful
completion of Basic Life Support, Manual/Safe Handling
and Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) training
(inclusive of COVID-19 IPC training).
- OR Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or
Certificate III in Aged Care. Applicable for employment at
Multi Purpose Services only
