We manage tenancy services, support housing provision in remote Aboriginal communities, and oversee government employee accommodation.

About The Role:

The Senior Property Lease Officer manages the current and future office accommodation requirements for a portfolio of government agencies. This involves a high level of consultation and negotiation with both internal and external stakeholder groups, as well as the development of strategic plans, property lease contracts and procurement documentation.

About You:

Our ideal candidate for this role is a motivated and enthusiastic professional who shares our vision and values. We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker with high attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. If you can adapt to change, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively while delivering the highest quality outcomes for our customers, this role is for you.

The position operates in Personal Leadership context. This means that you are required to demonstrate personal accountability for delivering excellence and support your team and agency in delivering strategic goals. You will be expected to build and nurture relationships and be willing to seek feedback and learn.
