Wheatbelt Population Health teams, based in Northam,
Merredin, Moora and Narrogin. This is a unique opportunity

Time, and Fixed Term Full Time, Permanent Part Time, and Fixed Term

About the
OPPORTUNITY
In consultation with the Clinical Nurse
Manager plans, implements and evaluates community nursing care (in
the area of child, community and school health) and relevant
primary health programs to the communities serviced by the Primary
Health Service.
To be successful in this role, you
will have…
An ability to apply
knowledge and clinical skills in the area of child, community and
school health ‐ including ability to plan, develop, implement and
evaluate programmes at an individual and group level
- Knowledge and
understanding of the principles of Primary Health
Care
- Effective communication
(written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- An ability to work
independently and in a multidisciplinary team
- Computer literacy and an
ability to utilise information systems
- Knowledge and
understanding of the WA Health Aboriginal Cultural Learning
Frameworks
- Eligible for / or in
possession of a current C or C‐A Class drivers
licence
