This includes contributing to investigations, managing risks, maintaining technical documentation, ensuring compliance with PTA processes, and delivering EM4M principles across the Branch. Demonstrated capability in providing engineering analysis within asset‑intensive operational environments, delivering data‑driven insights to support asset reliability, renewal, and replacement strategies.
  • Strong experience in building services systems operations and maintenance, with a focus on asset management, lifecycle analysis, and reliability. Proficient in Power BI, Business Objects, and data warehouse environments, and skilled in implementing operational process improvements to enhance day‑to‑day efficiency.
  • Demonstrates high levels of personal integrity, ethical behaviour, and professionalism, with experience working within critical asset and infrastructure environments. Shows strong capability in guiding others, supporting sound decision‑making, and upholding high standards of governance and technical rigour.
  • Highly developed stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Possesses strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication abilities, including negotiation and facilitation, and is able to prepare concise, well‑structured technical reports while collaborating effectively and communicating in a timely manner.
  • Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical and operational issues and rapidly absorb and apply complex technical information. Strong organisational capability, consistently achieving agreed targets and timelines through effective coordination, teamwork, and prioritisation.
