What
is our Clinical Nurse Specialist - Mental Health Triage
role?
The
successful applicant will provide assessment and support for
individuals experiencing mental health problems. This
includes:
- Providing
primary triage responses to all referrals made to Subiaco
Community Mental Health, identifying the nature and
appropriateness of referrals and setting priorities for
management.
- Collating
information for presentation to the Subiaco Community Mental
Health Assessment and Treatment team (ATT) and to the
Continuing Treatment Teams (CTT).
- Conducting
emergency assessments and brief intervention as
required.

Eligibility
to Apply: Australian citizenship or permanent residency is

fixed term appointment you must have documentary evidence of your

contract.

Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12)
months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment
decision.
