Currently we are seeking a Coordinator of Dietetics to join our team. The successful applicant will engage in a professional leadership role, providing governance, coordination and management of Nutrition and Dietetics Services for relevant South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) mental health services.  This position provides expert strategic advice to the mental health leadership team on the organisation and utilisation of Nutrition and Dietetic Services, program business plans, strategic direction and workforce issues impacting on the provision of dietetic services. This position also provides clinical care at an advanced practice level as part of the multi-disciplinary Specialised Community Eating Disorders Service, delivering Nutrition and Dietetic clinical services to individuals with complex eating disorders, requiring a higher level of knowledge, experience, and competence. This includes specialised consultation, education, and supervision to Dietitians and other mental health practitioners, government departments and agencies, and General Practitioners in the identification, assessment, and management of complex eating disorders.
