Eligibility to Apply: To be eligible for

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the
above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar"

from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period
of six (6) months from when the authorised delegate endorses
the recruitment decision.
Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint
to the position of Quality Manager to direct quality operations at
CTTWA to ensure regulatory compliance with the standards of the
Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT),
Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), Office of the Gene
Technology Regulator (OGTR) and National Association of Testing
Authorities (NATA) accreditation requirements. This position
establishes and maintains a Quality Management System (QMS) to
ensure quality and safety of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products
(ATMPs) manufactured or formulated at CTTWA. The successful
applicant will provide oversight of quality system procedures to
manage starting materials, facilities and equipment qualifications;
batch review and approval; process control; change control;
document management system; audits; product specifications, release
and recalls; quality system reporting; investigations and
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Area Profile: The East Metropolitan Health
Service (EMHS) comprises an extensive hospital and health service
network that aims to maintain and improve the health and wellbeing
of more than 670,000 Western Australians in its catchment
area.
Our hospital network works together to provide a combination of
tertiary, secondary and specialist health care services including
emergency and critical care, state trauma, elective and emergency
surgery, general medical, mental health, inpatient and outpatient
services, aged care, palliative care, rehabilitation and women’s,
children’s and neonates services.
