This is a
Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time,
Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part time with the
possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Suitable
applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may
be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made
from this pool until 30/6/2026.
Eligibility to

Position Profile
This
full-time role, located at the Department of Health in East
Perth, plays a vital role in supporting Executive management
within the Information and System Performance
Directorate.
You will deliver high quality executive, administrative,
secretarial support and coordination, including diary
management, e-mail management, office/procedural support and
other administrative duties as required. Great attention to
detail is a requirement.
This
position offers the opportunity to join supportive team and
play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of daily
operations, working closely with the Director and team of
Executive Assistants in the Directorate, to ensure appropriate
support is provided.
