Rehabilitation in the
Home (RITH) provides short to medium term hospital
substitution allied health therapy for patients at home. The
service aims to facilitate early supported discharge from hospitals
or avoidance of hospital admission for patients
We are seeking dynamic and
motivated Senior Physiotherapists who share our
organisational values to work in the community as
part of a multidisciplinary Rehabilitation in the Home service
(RITH).
With significant demand on acute
community care, we are looking for leaders who can effectively
coordinate and implement physiotherapy interventions to patients
using advanced Physiotherapy clinical practice skills.
This is a recruitment pool for
permanent full time, permanent part time, fixed term full time and
fixed term part time appointments, with the possibility of
extension(s) and/or permanency
Suitable applicants will be placed
in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar
vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until
30/06/2026.
RITH has bases located across the
metropolitan area. These include:
North base locations: Joondalup,
Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital
East base locations: Armadale,
Royal Perth Hospital, South Guildford
South base locations: Fremantle,
Rockingham, Mandurah
- Current
Positions/Vacancies:
- Permanent, full time at
Royal Perth Hospital RITH.
- Full time and part time
fixed term contracts in the East Hub (RPH, Armadale, South
Guildford).
- Full time, 10 month
fixed term contract, for leave relief, based at Rockingham
RITH.

and outline what steps you would take, or have taken, to
develop a quality improvement initiative to address
this.
