Profile
Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH) is seeking an experienced
Clerical Coordinator to lead and coordinate
clerical services across the Emergency Department
(ED) and Enquiries Desk.
This is a key operational leadership role within a fast-paced,
high-acuity clinical environment. You supervise, guide and develop
a large team of clerical staff while ensuring that service delivery
remains timely, accurate and patient centred.
Working closely with medical, nursing and allied health staff,
you will play a key role in supporting emergency department
workflow, coordinating communication channels and maintaining high
standards of administrative practice across all enquiry points.
Your knowledge of patient and consumer administration systems
together with demonstrated experience in supervising and training
clerical personnel will be key in ensuring that team members are
supported, skilled and contribute effectively to high quality
patient care.
