capable Coordinator Phyiotherapy to join our team realising the
substantial development portofilo for North Metropolitan Health
Service (NMHS).
This vacancy is for a Permanent Full
Time appointment at 76 hours (1.0 FTE) per fortnight .
What is our Coordinator Physiotherapy role?
Coordinator Physiotherapy plans, delivers and coordinates high
quality physiotherapy services for Hospital in The Home (HiTH),
including coordination and management of physiotherapy services
across a range of clinical specialties including general medicine,
geriatric medicine, neurology, respiratory medicine, haematology
and oncology and surgical patients. They will also represent this
team at Physiotherapy Leadership Group meetings.

Area Profile
Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) is one of Australia's
leading teaching tertiary hospitals. Located at the Queen Elizabeth
II Medical Centre 4km from Perth city centre, SCGH provides a
comprehensive range of clinical services including trauma,
emergency and critical care, orthopaedics, general medicine,
general surgery, and cardiac care.
At SCGH, we provide a physiotherapy service to inpatients and
outpatients across the site. To ensure we are meeting the needs of
each patient, each physiotherapy session will involve the
following:
- An assessment
- Goal setting
- The appropriate treatment
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment

Eligibility to Apply: Australian
