Position Description: Provides clinical mental
health nursing consultancy to the Older Adult Mental Health
community multidisciplinary team (MDT) at Fremantle Hospital.
Advises and assists the MDT regarding the management of patients
and provides specialist education and skill development. Under the
direction of the Team Leader ensures delivery of safe, quality
patient care, supporting a clinical governance model of
interdisciplinary service delivery.

term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident,
or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for
permanent appointments).
