Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a complex organisation? This is an exciting opportunity to join North Regional TAFE and live in one of the most pristine, remote and exciting regions in our State.

We are establishing a 12 month appointment pool of Service Desk Support Officers.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made for vacancies that arise in the next 12 months. We may offer permanent, fixed term, full time, part time or casual appointments, with the possibility of a further term and/or permanency.

Two permanent positions available for immediate start, in Broome and Karratha

In these positions, you’ll be responsible for keeping our computer systems running smoothly and supporting staff with both software and hardware issues. Includes everything from troubleshooting day‑to‑day technical problems to helping team members understand how to use the tools they rely on.

You’ll often be the first point of contact when something isn’t working, so your ability to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and guide people through solutions is essential.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, has a solid understanding of common IT systems, and is comfortable working with a wide range of users—from those who are very tech‑savvy to those who need a bit more guidance. If you’re someone who takes pride in delivering great support and keeping operations running smoothly, this role will suit you well.
