exists for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse to join the
Population Health team at Hedland Health Campus in the
Pilbara.
To be successful, you will
have...
- Possession of, or
substantial progression towards, the attainment of a Graduate
Certificate in Child and Adolescent Health Nursing through and
accredited educational institutional.
- Understanding of the
Principles of Primary Health Care and its application to
practice.
- Effective
interpersonal written and verbal communication skills and
ability to communicate across a diverse spectrum of the
population.
- Demonstrated knowledge
and understanding of cultural issues and social determinants,
particularly relating to Aboriginal and culturally
linguistically diverse communities in regional
areas.

Profile:
Promotes the health and
wellbeing of children, families and specific community groups using
a range of health promotion, health surveillance and early
intervention strategies that are based on the principles of Primary
Health care and service priorities.
