Time and Casual appointments, with the possibility of extension
and/or permanency.
Position Profile: The
Child and Adolescent Health Service is seeking experienced and
dynamic individuals to join our team within the Immunisation
Service at Perth Children’s Hospital.
Successful
candidates will provide clinical and professional expertise to
ensure comprehensive evidence based knowledge and advice is
delivered to patients after an adverse event following
immunisation, including counselling and education of patients and
families with complex medical conditions in relation to
immunisations.
Reporting to
the Clinical Nurse Manager responsibilities will
include:
- Acting
as an advocate for patients and families and collaborating with
them and other members of the health care team to achieve
health goals.
- Demonstrating competence
in the planning and delivery of complex care to patients and
their families.
- Liaising
with members pf the multi-disciplinary team and fostering
continual development of the team to provide expert
services.

(PCH): PCH is Western Australia's specialist
paediatric hospital and trauma centre, with 298 beds. Located at
