This is a Permanent, Full-Time appointment working 76
hours per week. This position is located at the Royal Perth
Hospital.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the
above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar"

from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period
of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses

Position Profile: We are seeking a dynamic
and enthusiastic individual to appoint to the Manager role in
Patient Support Services. In this role, the successful candidate
will manage and direct the delivery of Patient Support Services to
ensure optimal service to customers at all levels across Royal
Perth Bentley Group (RPBG) including Royal Perth Hospital, Bentley
Health Service, East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) community
services and EMHS corporate services.
This position is further responsible for providing operational
and strategic leadership of Patient Support Services (PSS) within
Royal Perth Bentley Group (RPBG), accountable for the efficient and
effective disposition, management and utilisation of the human,
financial and physical resources of the service. Additionally, this
role supports the Director of Nursing by strategically leading,
managing and implementing contemporary change management processes
to influence the direction of Patient Support Services in order to
achieve Divisional outcomes that align with the strategic goals of
the organisation.

Area Profile: The East Metropolitan Health Service
(EMHS) comprises an extensive hospital and health service network
that aims to maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of more
than 670,000 Western Australians in its catchment area.
Our hospital network works together to provide a combination of
tertiary, secondary and specialist health care services including
emergency and critical care, state trauma, elective and emergency
surgery, general medical, mental health, inpatient and outpatient
