We are seeking suitable applications for a highly capable and values-driven individual to join our dynamic Business Information and Performance team at North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS).

This is a Permanent Full-Time appointment.

What is our Information Systems Officer role?

This position supports the Business Information and Performance (BIP) function through extraction and analysis of data from complex information systems to provide a reliable basis to support decision-making processes across the organisation; provides expert advice to staff and other stakeholders in relation to data and information management activities; undertakes activities including data cleansing to ensure data quality requirements are met; undertakes projects which support effective data and information governance at NMHS, including planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating information management initiatives and other data management programs.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
