We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic person for the
role of Assistant Director Complaint Resolution.
The Assistant Director Complaint Resolution manages and leads
the daily operations of the complaint management and investigation
function of the Office. The position supports the Deputy Director
in the strategic management of the Office, identifying, translating
and implementing strategic objectives into operational goals.
You will work in a small but supportive team that values
diversity and different perspectives. You will be supported and
have access to training so you succeed in the role. Our agency
