Position
Profile:
Undertake the clinical and
daily management of the delivery of quality Intensive Care or
Critical Care Services, through the efficient and effective
utilisation of human, physical, material and fiscal resources.
Demonstrate and deliver advanced general clinical skills with high
level of competency in Intensive Care or Critical Services
including General Medical and Surgical services, Rehabilitation,
Paediatrics, and High Dependency care.
To be successful,
you will have...
- Recent
advanced nursing practice/experience within a critical care
environment.
- Current
and advanced skills in planning, coordination and decision
making, within a critical care environment.
- Effective communication
(verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary
team.
- Commitment to continuous
quality improvement and evidence based care.
- A
Current drivers licence and the ability to travel throughout
the region if required.
- Current
