Position
Profile:
Assist in
the coordination of the clinical learning and development
programs for staff in their designated work location and
region. Facilitate clinical competencies, teaching and
developing, improving the capacity of the workforce at unit
level and act as resource person for learning and development
projects.
To
be successful, you will have...
- Ability
to deliver education sessions using a variety of strategies and
recent experience in the delivery of clinical care and the use
of clinical skills.
- Advanced
nursing practice within the speciality area.
- Effective interpersonal
and communication (written and verbal) skills and the ability
to analyse and problem solve.
- Ability
to work independently in a team environment and use high levels
of initiative to achieve required outcomes in a specified time
period.
- Advanced
skills in using computer software and presentation
methodologies applying Adult learning principles.

The WA
Country Health Service (WACHS) Midwest health region of Western
Australia covers more than 470,000 square kilometres, nearly
