POSITION PROFILE
Are you ready to take your Emergency Medicine

Western Australia’s stunning South West? We are seeking ACRRM and
RACGP Registrars, enrolled in the Rural Generalist Training
Pathway, to join our dedicated teams at Busselton Health Campus or
Margaret River Hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain
hands-on Emergency Medicine experience in a rural setting. You’ll
be part of a supportive environment that values collaboration,
professional development, and patient-centred care. We aim to build
the Coastal region as a training hub for Rural Generalists.
Currently we have Registrars completing their Core and Advanced
components of their training. Registrars will work under the
supervision of Rural Generalists and FACEMS, whilst also providing
support, teaching and supervision of Junior medical
staff.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
Registrar Year 1-7 $152,756 to
$203,909 p.a. pro rata*
- *includes base salary
$125,010 to $170,682 pa, professional development allowance
$10,969 pa and 12% employer contributed
superannuation.
- Salary effective as of
03/09/2025.
- Appointment will be made
based on assessment of relevant recent skills and
experience.
