Salary: Registrar MP
Year 1-7 $125,010 - $170,682 p.a. pro rata or Senior
Registrar MP Year 1-2 $183,317 - $192,371 p.a. pro

Position
Profile:
We are currently seeking appropriately
qualified Registrars and Senior Registrars to provide high quality
patient centred care to our patients whilst under the supervision
of the Head of Department or duty consultant within the Emergency
Medicine Department.
Registrar: The
successful applicants will provide a high quality, patient
centred care to patients under the supervision of the Head of
Department and duty Consultant in the Emergency Medicine
department. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to review
the medical needs of patients within the hospital and provides
teaching and support, as appropriate to Doctors in Training
(DiT’s), Nursing, Allied Health and other multidisciplinary team
members across the service. Work with the hospital and health
service to achieve National, State, and South Metropolitan Health
Service (SMHS) performance standards and targets and National
Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards.
Senior
Registrar: The successful applicants will provide
senior leadership within the emergency department, excellent
clinical care and maximizes patient flow within the
department. Meet all training requirements outlined
within their special skill post description. Work in
accordance with the Hospital’s core values. Provide training,
supervision and education for Registrars, Resident Medical
Officers (RMOs) and Interns. In collaboration with the
interdisciplinary team, work to achieve National, State and
South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) performance standards and
the National Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards.
