About
this role
The
Administration Officer works in the Office of the Executive
Director for Mental Health Services and Dental Health Services
(MHSDHS). They provide a comprehensive and confidential executive
support service for the Director of Medical Services and coordinate
administrative services for the Office of the Executive Director
including employee contracts, accounts and records
management.
This
position reports to the Executive Services Coordinator. See the
attached Job Description Form for more information.

administrative and support positions, with exposure to senior
personnel, and exposure to a breadth of administrative tasks
including contracts and accounts management.
