This full-time position may be offered as a temporary or permanent opportunity. Fixed term appointments include the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

About this role

The Administration Officer works in the Office of the Executive Director for Mental Health Services and Dental Health Services (MHSDHS). They provide a comprehensive and confidential executive support service for the Director of Medical Services and coordinate administrative services for the Office of the Executive Director including employee contracts, accounts and records management.

This position reports to the Executive Services Coordinator. See the attached Job Description Form for more information.

To be successful in this position, you should have experience in administrative and support positions, with exposure to senior personnel, and exposure to a breadth of administrative tasks including contracts and accounts management.

Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
