Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.

Position Profile: We are seeking an experienced Lead Human Resources Consultant who will be responsible for effectively leading and managing the human resources consultancy service across the department. The Lead Human Resources Consultant provides strategic advice and supportive services to management on complex human resource and employee related matters including the correct application and interpretation of industrial instruments, departmental and public sector policies and related legislation.
