About the role
The Goldfields Esperance Business Manager is integral to the effective day to day operations and is a key part of the Regional Leadership team. To be successful you will be required to develop and implement the Region’s Business Plan. You will be proactive in managing and identifying the Region’s risks, whilst ensuring the provision of business and administrative services and advice in relation to financial management, fixed assets, light vehicles, human resource management and land and property management.
Based in our Boulder office, this challenging and highly rewarding role will require demonstrated leadership skills, along with considerable skills, knowledge and experience in business and financial management as well as strong communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with a range of different stakeholders.

The salary provided is based on superannuation, and regional allowances and entitlements. Specific conditions and salary package will be confirmed with the successful applicant.
In addition, a salary increase of 3.5% will take effect on 1st February 2026.

- A copy of your current WA ‘C’ Class motor vehicle driver’s licence or an approved equivalent

- Leading a team in the delivery of business and administrative services, including contract administration and procurement.
- Manage employee behaviour, performance and development
- Financial management and reporting principles, practices and systems
